Flinthy’s has three boarded-up windows in its building, which are periodically painted by young artists. The current paintings have been in place for a few years, so it was time for something new. Together with Hart, artists were invited to submit proposals. Three were selected, and this week they painted their pieces between the rain showers. The works were officially revealed by the artists on Friday night.
As Flinthy’s has a stage, Hart Talent on Tour took the opportunity to showcase its performers. Each participant was given the chance to perform multiple songs. The eveinng, of course, opened with the introduction song by the Notulist.
Evy started the at the piano and later returned for a duet with Zenno at the end of the evening. Vlinder, a new participant, delivered a strong set. Vera choose three songs that demand attentive listening, and the audience rose to the occasion.
Jasmin gave a great performance, while Reinout showcased his guitar skills. When you play the theme from Titanic on guitar, the audience will just sing along. He was joined by Sanne Vera on piano, who continued on guitar by herself, later joined by Leela. Leela also played her own songs along with a well chosen cover.
To close the night, Evy and Zenno performed their duet, after which Zenno had the honor of ending the evening with “City of Angels”.
