It’s the Week of Peace and Het Wijngaard Collectief transformed the Wijngaardtuin in Haalelm into an even more peaceful environment with something to think about.
Didi Overman made portraits of people with their eyes closed thinking about peace and when they opened them. Kees Juffermans and Jan Heijer brought small objects. Ellen van Putten set the birds free, while Margo Rademakers turned entering fortress Europe in a game of tic-tac-toe. Erik Sok put all participating artists in open windows. He also made prejudice clear by putting everybody in cages.
