This was the weekend of Proefpark Haarlem. The setup is simple. Take a nice city park, designed in 1865, and create a food court with food trucks. The organisation, which is doing this for the fifth year, practises the art of food and music matching. What tastes great with a curry? The funk and soul of Uncle Sue!
